'''Hermann Meyer-Rabingen''' (7 August 1887 – 21 February 1961) was a German general in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.

He commanded the 197th Infantry Division beginning on 1 December 1939, initially serving in the rank of ''Generalmajor''. On 1 November 1941, he was promoted to the rank of ''Generalleutnant''.
