== Career == Finck was born in Pirna, and died at Wittenberg. == Works == His most celebrated work is entitled ''Practica musica, exempla variorum signorum, proportionum, et canonum, judicium de tonis ac quaedam de arte suaviter et artificiose cantandi continens'' (Wittenberg, 1556).
