Designed by [[Jan Herman Linge]] she was an experimental craft, of wooden hull construction, launched in 1958. ''Nasty'' served with the Royal Norwegian Navy and was the prototype for the navies [[Tjeld-class patrol boat|''Tjeld'' class]] [[patrol boat]]s.
