HD 127304 has a faint magnitude 10.62 companion at an [[angular separation]] of 25.6[[arc second|″]] along a [[position angle]] of 256° (as of 2013),<ref name=WDSC2014/> It is thought to be physically related, lying about {{val|fmt=commas|2,348|ul=au}} from the primary.<ref name=eggen1985/> There is further 11th-magnitude star 107" away,<ref name=WDSC2014/> but this is unrelated background object.<ref name=dr3c/>
