==Early life== Fowler was born in Auckland, New Zealand to Australian golfer Peter Fowler and Kim Fowler. Fowler and her sister, Kate, attended private school, Diocesan School for Girls.
==Modelling career== Fowler was discovered at the age of 12, and was represented by a modelling agency in Auckland. Four years later, she signed with IMG Models<ref name="People_2017" /> and moved to New York City .
