== Controversies == In 2006, Flunch lost a legal dispute concerning its use of a modified version of the song <nowiki>''</nowiki>''On va s'aimer''<nowiki>''</nowiki>, written by Gilbert Montagné and Didier Barbelivien. The restaurant chain had adapted the refrain with the lyrics <nowiki>''</nowiki>''On va fluncher''<nowiki>''</nowiki> as part of an advertising campaign. The legal proceedings began in 1997 and lasted nine years. After two appeals to the French Court of Cassation, the authors ultimately prevailed on 5 December 2006.
