The original school was located on 142 E. Washington Ave. In 1955, the school was expanded adding a gymnasium and a study hall. The district built the current high school at 336 Hoover Avenue in 1975. The opening of a new middle school in 1994, which was combined with the elementary and high school formed the current K-12 building.
==Academics== Fall Creek offers a complete curriculum, including English, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Health, Business and Information Technology, and Physical Education. Fall Creek joined the Cloverbelt Conference in 1948, and competes in baseball, basketball, boys' and girls' cross-country, football, golf, softball, track and field, and volleyball. Fall Creek also participates cooperatively with other schools in the following sports; soccer, tennis, wrestling, and hockey.
Fall Creek started playing football in 1962, joining the Cloverbelt Conference in 1964. The football team had an undefeated season in 1976. Fall Creek won its first Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Class C boys basketball state championship in 1937. The Fall Creek girls' basketball team won WIAA titles in 1985, 1987, 1988, and 1996.
