Fadhil started off his [[S.League]] career with the [[Young Lions (football team)|Courts Young Lions]] in 2008. He spent three seasons with the [[Young Lions (football team)|Young Lions]] before he was [[Conscription in Singapore|conscripted]] for [[Conscription in Singapore|national service]].
