'''Fabio Sacchi''' (born 23 May 1974 in Milan) is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer who raced for the {{UCI team code|POL|1997}}, {{UCI team code|SAE|2001}}, {{UCI team code|FAS|2004}}, {{UCI team code|MRM|2006}} and {{UCI team code|GAP|2008}} teams.
