The '''Empresa Nacional de Ferrocarriles del Perú''' ('''Enafer''') is a public company which ensures the management and the commercial use of the railway network of Peru.

Created by decree on September 19, 1972, it was formed by the nationalization of several foreign-owned companies which had serviced mostly two separate networks: the Ferrocarril Central Andino serving Lima, and the Ferrocarril del Sur offering a second connection to the Pacific Ocean. It has once again been privatised.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.rrdc.com/op_peru_fcca.html|title=RDC Operating Entities - Ferrocarril Central Andino|work=rrdc.com|accessdate=8 August 2015}}</ref><ref>{{Cite web |url=http://www.ferroviasperu.com.pe/indexe.html |title=Ferrocarril Central Andino SA |access-date=2006-08-08 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060901182141/http://www.ferroviasperu.com.pe/indexe.html |archive-date=2006-09-01 |url-status=dead }}</ref>
