==Early life & education== David Muhoozi was born on 27 September 1965, in Mbarara District to Mzee Jackson Rubakuba, a retired police officer and Mrs. Edinansi Kyomugyemo Rubakuba in a family of fourteen children.<ref>{{Cite web |last=Trumpet |first=Admin |date=2020-05-02 |title=Profile: Gen.
