'''{{lang|cy|Dal Ati}}''' (''Keep at It'') was a series of Welsh language television programmes broadcast on S4C to help Welsh speakers and learners gain confidence in the language. It was launched at the 2014 National Eisteddfod of Wales.<ref name=eisteddfodlaunch>{{cite news |last=Morgan |first=Sion |title=National Eisteddfod: S4C launches new service to encourage learners |url=http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/national-eisteddfod-s4c-launches-new-7572341 |work=Wales Online |date=7 August 2014 |access-date=12 April 2015}}</ref> The series consisted of two one-hour programmes broadcast on Sunday mornings. The first series began on 28 September 2014.<ref name=DPextramile>{{cite news |title=S4C are helping Welsh learners go the extra mile |url=http://www.dailypost.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/s4c-helping-welsh-learners-go-7850460 |work=Daily Post |date=27 September 2014 |access-date=12 April 2015}}</ref>

The Sunday programmes included {{lang|cy|Bore Da}} (''Good Morning'') and {{lang|cy|Milltir Sgwâr}} (''Square Mile''). The former, presented by Elin Llwyd and Alun Williams, covered lifestyle topics—including items from recent episodes of {{lang|cy|Heno}}—in easy-to-follow Welsh. The latter took presenter Nia Parry to different locations in Wales to meet people and explore local life.<ref name=DPextramile /><ref name=gyfrinachiddysgu>{{cite news |title=''Dal Ati'' Ydi'r Gyfrinach Hollbwysig i Ddysgu Siarad Cymraeg Yn Rhugl |url=https://www.questia.com/read/1G1-386414065 |work=Daily Post |date=18 October 2014 |language=cy |access-date= |url-status=dead |archive-date= |archive-url= }}</ref>

In 2015, a regular hour-long programme, {{lang|cy|Galwch Acw}}, was added to the strand, testing Welsh learners' language and cooking skills.<ref name=DPextramile />

{{lang|cy|Dal Ati}} was replaced in January 2019 by a new Welsh-language service for learners, {{lang|cy|S4C Dysgu Cymraeg}}, which broadcast on Sunday afternoons.<ref>{{cite news |first=Daniel |last=Bissett |title=Could learning Welsh be your New Year's resolution? |url=https://www.dailypost.co.uk/special-features/could-learning-welsh-your-new-15641420 |work=Daily Post |date=12 January 2019 |access-date=6 February 2019}}</ref>
