On November 6, 2012, Agidius won the election and became a Republican member of Idaho House of Representatives for District 5 seat A. Agidius defeated Paulette Jordan with 50.3% of the votes.<ref name="idaho_agidius2012" /> On November 4, 2014 Agidius was defeated for re-election by Paulette Jordan with 51.8% of the votes.<ref name="idaho_agidius2014" />
