It was formed by merging [[Siudi]], [[Sokot, Achham|Sokot]], [[Payal, Achham|Payal]], [[Lunnga, Achham|Lunnga]], [[Marku, Achham|Marku]] and [[Duni, Achham|Duni]] VDSs. ==Demographics== At the time of the [[2011 Nepal census]], Chaurpati Rural Municipality had a population of 25,215.
