==Biography== Pulley was born in Cork on 24 July 1864 and educated at King's College School and King's College London. He was later a member of the London Stock Exchange.<ref name="obit">{{Cite newspaper The Times |title=Sir Charles Pulley |date=8 April 1947 |page=7 |issue=50729 }}</ref>
In 1912 he was appointed High Sheriff of Herefordshire.<ref name="obit" /> Pulley was elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ross at a by-election in May 1918, and held the seat until it was abolished at the general election in December 1918.<ref name="craig1885-1918">{{cite book |last=Craig |first=F. Pulley had married Iva Hopkins in 1906, she died in 1942 and they had no children.<ref name="obit" /> Pulley died at Lower Eaton, Hereford on 5 Apr 1947 aged 82.<ref name="obit" />
