==Biography== Libby was born in Limerick, Maine, and his family moved to Portland a few years later. Libby graduated from Portland High School and Bowdoin College in 1864.<ref name=Cyclopaedia>{{Cite book |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=ZToOAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA332 |title=The National Cyclopaedia of American Biography |volume=XIV |publisher=James T.
