There are two important panels in the Nastaliq calligraphy: ''Chalipa'' and ''Siah Mashgh''. Chalipa consists of four diagonal hemistiches of a poem, which has clearly a moral, ethic and poetic theme.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.encyclopaediaislamica.com/madkhal2.php?sid%3D5549 |title=چلیپا |accessdate=2015-10-01 |url-status=dead |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20101122053425/http://encyclopaediaislamica.com/madkhal2.php?sid=5549 |archivedate=2010-11-22 }}</ref>
