Burstwick's church is All Saints', which was designated a Grade I listed building in 1966 and is now recorded in the National Heritage List for England, maintained by Historic England.<ref>{{NHLE|num=1366240|desc=Church of All Saints|accessdate=13 August 2013}}</ref> There is also a Methodist church.

==Amenities== Burstwick contains a public house, the Hare and Hounds and a fish and chip shop, both situated on the main street. Village businesses and services include a petrol station, a park and a village hall. An 18-hole golf course is about {{convert|1|mi|km|1}} away.
