== Legacy == Bossacucanova is remembered for their mix of electronic music and traditional bossa nova. Their signature sound received acclaim from both younger generations and the bossa nova old guard, with specific praise from [[Paula Morelenbaum]] for Bossacucanova's electronic remixes.<ref>{{Cite web |last=Rao |first=Madanmohan |date=2012-02-23 |title=Interview with Bossa Nova Star Paula Morelenbaum {{!}} World Music Central |url=https://worldmusiccentral.org/interview-with-bossa-nova-star-paula-morelenbaum/ |access-date=2026-03-06 |website=worldmusiccentral.org |language=en-US}}</ref>
