{{For|the taxonomic synonym of a family of hydrozoans|Dipleurosomatidae}} '''Berenicidae''' or '''Berenikidai''' ({{langx|grc|Βερενικίδαι}}) was a deme of ancient Attica, of the tribe of Ptolemais, sending one delegate to the Athenian Boule.<ref name=Brill>{{cite web|first=Hans|last=Lohmann|publisher=Brill's New Pauly|title=Berenicidae |date=October 2006 |url=https://referenceworks.brillonline.com/entries/brill-s-new-pauly/berenicidae-e215500|accessdate=October 12, 2018}}</ref> It was established in 224/3&nbsp;BCE and named after Berenice II of Egypt, wife of Ptolemy II, after whom the tribe was named.<ref name=Brill/>

Its site is unlocated,<ref>{{Barrington Atlas|page=59}}</ref> but probably near Eleusis, as inscriptions referring to the place have been found in the vicinity.<ref name=Brill/>
