'''Bella Mir''' (born July 1, 2003) is an American mixed martial artist, freestyle wrestler, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner. She competes at Bantamweight in MMA, 65 kilograms in wrestling, and Medium Heavy in BJJ.
Mir was a four-time NIAA champion in high school wrestling. She was a NCAA Champion in collegiate wrestling (2026). At the international level, she was a winner of the Grand Prix of Spain (2023) and US Open (2026).
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) signed her to their first NIL deal in 2023. She is the daughter of former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir.
Mir is currently a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, having twice won the World IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi Championship (2024, 2025).
