It is the main home ground of [[Singapore Premier League]] side, [[Geylang International FC]], and used mostly for [[Football (soccer)|football]] matches for both the [[Singapore Premier League]] and [[Singapore National Football League]] competitions.
The stadium is open daily from 4:30am till 8:30pm to the public, unless it is exclusively booked. The stadium is managed by [[Sport Singapore]].

The stadium consists of a football field, an 8-lane running track and partial athletic facilities.
