==History== The building, located at the intersection of the Huancavelica and Cailloma streets in the district of Lima, began work in 1953, and finished construction in 1955. It was built for the Atlas Insurance Company ({{langx|es|Compañía de Seguros Atlas}}).<ref name=CAMMP/>
It was designed as a [[commercial building]], with [[warehouse]]s, a leisure area, with a [[cafeteria]] in the roof-garden area, and [[office]]s, as well as two [[basement]]s with parking for 70 cars. The main tower has eleven floors and a [[glass]] and [[aluminum]] [[façade]].<ref name=CAMMP/>
