==Personal life== Nore was born in Oslo on 12 May 1978, and is the son of the writer Kjartan Fløgstad.<ref name=snl/>

==Career== With a background as a soldier and publisher, Nore made his literary debut in 2007, with the documentary novel ''Gud er norsk''. Later books are ''Ekstremistan'' (2009), and the thrillers ''En norsk spion'' (2012), and ''Oslo Noir'' (2014). In 2014 he published a book on the 2014 FIFA World Cup, ''Brasil 2014'', together with his father Kjartan Fløgstad. The espionage thriller ''Ulvefellen'' from 2017 is set during World War II.<ref name=snl>{{cite encyclopedia|title=Aslak Nore |first= Hans H. |last=Skei |authorlink=Hans H.
