== History == Since May 1989, after the outbreak of the [[Nagorno-Karabakh conflict]], the village of Artsni has been inhabited with [[Armenians|Armenian]] refugees from [[Azerbaijan]] and [[Karabakh]], mainly from [[Çaykənd, Goygol|Getashen]].
