== Early life and education == Alexander Ullom was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. During his early years, he developed an interest in filmmaking and storytelling, though his parents were initially skeptical about pursuing film as a career. After beginning his studies in computer science, Ullom reconsidered his career direction following a personal mental health crisis at the age of 18.
