Manocha was formerly CEO at GlobalFoundries,<ref>{{Cite web|url=http://www.globalfoundries.com|title=Global Foundries}}</ref> and while there he also served as vice chairman and chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.semiconductors.org/|title=SIA}}</ref> (SIA).
