As a freshman with the Aggies in 2011–12, Thoseby played in 28 of the team's 37 games and made two starts. As a sophomore in 2013–14, Thoseby played in all 30 games for the Coyotes and started the first 11 at small forward. He averaged 7.7 points and 2.3 rebounds in 18 minutes per game.
