Total area of the congresium is {{convert|80000|m2}}, with {{Convert|10000|m2}} of the ground floor reserved for various trade exhibitions. On the other floors, are two dividable halls of {{convert|5770|m2}} area; two lounges of {{convert|400|m2}} area; 10 meeting rooms; an auditorium seating 3,107 people; and a {{convert|1500|m2}} ballroom.
