'''''3D Tanx''''' is a shoot 'em up video game written by Don Priestley and published by DK'Tronics in 1982 for the ZX Spectrum,<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0005140|title=3D Tanx|work=World of Spectrum}}</ref> Commodore 64,<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.lemon64.com/?game_id=3660|title=3D Tanx|work=Lemon64}}</ref> and BBC Micro.
==Gameplay== The aim of the game is to shoot tanks moving across a bridge, shown in the distance into the screen. The player aims a gun turret by adjusting its rotation and elevation, this being the '3D' aspect of the game. Skill and timing is required to strike the tanks.<ref>{{cite journal|journal=Sinclair User|issue=14|url=http://www.sincuser.f9.co.uk/014/softwre.htm|title=3D Tanx review|access-date=30 June 2007|archive-url=https://archive.today/20120913010446/http://www.sincuser.f9.co.uk/014/softwre.htm|archive-date=13 September 2012|url-status=dead|df=dmy-all}}</ref>
