**Zedea** ([Armenian](/source/Armenian_language): Զեդեա) is a village in the [Vayk Municipality](/source/Vayk_Municipality) of the [Vayots Dzor Province](/source/Vayots_Dzor_Province) of [Armenia](/source/Armenia). There are a few [khachkars](/source/Khachkar) in the vicinity of the village.

## Etymology

The village was previously known as *Zeyta* and *Zeita*.
