**Yinggen** ([simplified Chinese](/source/Simplified_Chinese_characters): 营根; [traditional Chinese](/source/Traditional_Chinese_characters): 營根; [pinyin](/source/Pinyin): *Yínggēn*) is a town and the seat of [Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County](/source/Qiongzhong_Li_and_Miao_Autonomous_County) in the centre of [Hainan](/source/Hainan).[1] As of 2018[\[update\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Yinggen&action=edit), it had 5 residential communities (社区) and 16 villages under its administration.[2] The [Baihuashan Waterfall](https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Baihuashan_Waterfall&action=edit&redlink=1) is located nearby.[3][4]
