Orlov represented [Ukraine](/source/Ukraine) at the [2012 Summer Olympics](/source/2012_Summer_Olympics) in [London](/source/London), where he competed for the [men's 120 kg](/source/Wrestling_at_the_2012_Summer_Olympics_%E2%80%93_Men's_Greco-Roman_120_kg) class.
