Frick started his professional career at Austrian club [SC Rheindorf Altach](/source/SC_Rheindorf_Altach) in 2016, signing for the reserve squad. Frick is a member of the [Liechtenstein national football team](/source/Liechtenstein_national_football_team), making his debut in a [2018 FIFA World Cup qualification match](/source/2018_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification) against [Albania](/source/Albania_national_football_team) on 6 October 2016.
