The Tudor [Withcote Chapel](/source/Withcote_Chapel) adjoins the Hall and is protected by the [Churches Conservation Trust](/source/Churches_Conservation_Trust). Close by is [Launde Abbey](/source/Launde_Abbey) which contains the Tudor monument to [Gregory Cromwell](/source/Gregory_Cromwell), son of [Thomas](/source/Thomas_Cromwell), who dissolved the monastery and built himself a mansion there.
