'''Wisimar''' or '''Visimar''' (?-335) was a [Vandal](/source/Vandals) ruler of the [Hasdingi](/source/Hasdingi) tribe during the 4th century in [Europe](/source/Europe). Although this historical figure is overwhelmingly shadowed by a lack of historical data, he is noted as one of the early [monarch](/source/monarch)s of the [Vandals](/source/Vandals). His territorial extent occupied regions of today's [Transilvania](/source/Transilvania) in [Romania](/source/Romania), [Tisza](/source/Tisza) in [Ukraine](/source/Ukraine) and a part of then-[Roman](/source/Roman_Empire) province [Dacia](/source/Dacia). It is most likely that he died during the neighboring [Visigoth](/source/Visigoth) breakthrough of [Geberic](/source/Geberic) in 335.
