# Windows Libraries for OS/2

**Windows Libraries for OS/2 Development Kit** (WLO) is a collection of [dynamic-link libraries](/source/Dynamic-link_library) for [OS/2](/source/OS/2) that allow [Win16](/source/Windows_API) applications to run on OS/2.[1][2][3]
