'''William Robert FitzSimons''' (26 November 1870 – 20 March 1926) was an Irish-born Australian politician.

He was born at [Greencastle](/source/Greencastle%2C_County_Donegal) in [County Donegal](/source/County_Donegal) to constable Samuel FitzSimons and Isabella, ''née'' McCloy. He arrived in [New South Wales](/source/New_South_Wales) around 1886 and began studying [dentistry](/source/dentistry). He married Bessie Amy Love, with whom he had two children. He practised as a dentist in Elizabeth and Macquarie Streets from 1905 to 1926, and also served on [Kuringai Shire Council](/source/Ku-ring-gai_Council) from 1911 to 1922 (president 1917&ndash;21). In 1922 he was elected to the [New South Wales Legislative Assembly](/source/New_South_Wales_Legislative_Assembly) as a [Nationalist](/source/Nationalist_Party_of_Australia) member for [Cumberland](/source/Electoral_district_of_Cumberland_(New_South_Wales)), serving until his death in [Sydney](/source/Sydney) in 1926.<ref name=nsw>{{cite NSW Parliament |title=Mr William Robert FitzSimons (1870–1926) |id=1224 |former=Yes |accessdate=23 June 2019}}</ref>
