**Wila Pukara** ([Aymara](/source/Aymara_language) *wila* blood, blood red, *[pukara](/source/Pukara)* fortress,[2][3] "red fortress", also spelled *Wila Pucara*) is a 4,290-metre-high (14,075 ft) mountain in the [Bolivian](/source/Bolivia) [Andes](/source/Andes). It is situated in the [La Paz Department](/source/La_Paz_Department_(Bolivia)), [Loayza Province](/source/Loayza_Province), in the north of the [Yaco Municipality](/source/Yaco_Municipality).[1][4]
