## Overview

It features two original songs (the album title track and "Pale Venetian Blind") and nine cover versions of popular hits from the 1960s. The album peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard charts in the spring of 1968[2] and in 1969 was certified gold by the [RIAA](/source/RIAA).[3] On another music magazine, *[Cash Box](/source/Cash_Box)*, the album peaked at No. 12.[4]
