**Whitney Wilbert Rydbeck** (March 13, 1945 – July 15, 2024) was an American actor. Rydbeck had a prolific career as a TV and film actor, appearing in over fifty television and motion picture titles. He appeared on the shows *[Scrubs](/source/Scrubs_(TV_series))*, *[7th Heaven](/source/7th_Heaven_(TV_series))*, *[Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color](/source/Walt_Disney's_Wonderful_World_of_Color)*, *[Buck Rogers in the 25th Century](/source/Buck_Rogers_in_the_25th_Century_(TV_series))*, *[Star Trek: The Next Generation](/source/Star_Trek%3A_The_Next_Generation)*,[1] and *[Far Out Space Nuts](/source/Far_Out_Space_Nuts)*.

Rydbeck played Whitney in the children's program *Whitney and the Robot*.[2][3]
