# Wetyourself

**Wetyourself!** is a nightclub event that held at London nightclub [Fabric](/source/Fabric_(club)) and was launched in 2007. They have an [EDM](/source/Electronic_dance_music) record label called **WetYourSelf! Recordings** that launched in 2010.[1]

## History

WetYourSelf! was founded by Jacob Husley and Peter Pixzel in 2007.[2] The club was held at the venue *Aquarium* for 2 years and in 2009 moved to [Fabric](/source/Fabric_(club)),[3] which was held on Sunday nights.[1][2] The club promotes [LGBTQI](/source/LGBT) culture and queer parties.[4][5][6] It features local and worldwide electronic music DJs as well as live performances.[1][2] The style of music played is generally house, minimal and techno.[7][8]

In 2016, they celebrated their 9th birthday with [Steve Lawler](/source/Steve_Lawler_(DJ)) spinning.[9] Later in 2016, WetYourSelf! closed for a period of 3 months due to closure of Fabric, as a result of drug overdoses.[10][11][12] After reopening it was back at the venue Aquarium temporarily.[13]

In February 2017, WetYourself! celebrated their 10th year anniversary, with over 500 events held to date.[14] Deejays Barac, Cristi Cons, and the founders Husley and Pixzel played at the event.[14]

In 2018, the WetYourself! moved to a monthly time slot at Fabric.[15]

In February 2024, WetYourSelf! celebrated their 17 year anniversary at Fabric with the founders Husley and Pixzel present.[16] By this time over 600 WetYourSelf! events had been held at Fabric.[16]

### WetYourSelf! Recordings

WetYourSelf! Recordings was founded in 2010. It features a roster of electronic musicians and deejays.[1] the founders Husley and Pixzel are themselves on the roster. Some of the other artists on the roster include: [Marc Houle](/source/Marc_Houle), [Chris Liebing](/source/Chris_Liebing), [Minilouge](/source/Minilogue), Roman Flugel, [Axel Boman](/source/Axel_Boman), Alex Kid, Alex Under, [Minilogue](/source/Minilogue), [Miss Kittin](/source/Miss_Kittin), and [Kasper Bjorke](/source/Kasper_Bj%C3%B8rke).[1]

Over the years, the label have done label showcases in [Space Ibiza](/source/Space_(Ibiza_nightclub)), D.edge in [Sao Paulo](/source/S%C3%A3o_Paulo), Watergate in [Berlin](/source/Berlin) and several other clubs.[1]
