The '''Weld Club''' is a private male-only [social club](/source/social_club) in [Perth](/source/Perth), [Western Australia](/source/Western_Australia).<ref name="smi18" /><ref name="rob21" /> Founded in 1871 as a [gentlemen's club](/source/gentlemen's_club), it is named after [Frederick Weld](/source/Frederick_Weld), the chronologically first patron of the club and the [Governor of Western Australia](/source/Governor_of_Western_Australia) at the time.

==Building==
{{As of |2022|05}}, the club occupies a building designed by [Talbot Hobbs](/source/Talbot_Hobbs) and constructed in 1892 by the Bunning Brothers,<ref name='Paurics"newbuilding"' /><ref name="howy14" /> the founders of [Bunnings](/source/Bunnings), for the organisation. It is situated at the corner of [The Esplanade](/source/The_Esplanade%2C_Perth) and [Barrack Street](/source/Barrack_Street%2C_Perth), immediately across the street from [Stirling Gardens](/source/Stirling_Gardens). Appraised for conservation work,<ref name="jta02" /> it is heritage-listed and has a number of histories of both the club and building published.<ref name="hc" /><ref name="lou66" /><ref name="lou80" /><ref name="des03" />
