'''Waylen Bay''' is a small [embayment](/source/embayment) on the west coast of Australia, situated in the [Perth](/source/Perth%2C_Western_Australia) suburb of [Applecross](/source/Applecross%2C_Western_Australia) between [Point Dundas](/source/Point_Dundas) to [Point Heathcote](/source/Point_Heathcote). In 1925 it was designated in real estate promotional material as a component of a larger ''Frenchmans Bay'' in what is [Melville Water](/source/Melville_Water).<ref>{{Citation | author1=T. M. One of the main features of Waylen Bay is a [Scout Hall](/source/Scout_den), situated right on the bank. It is home to the [Waylen Bay Sea Scout Troop](/source/Scouting_in_Western_Australia). Waylen Bay is just around the corner from South of Perth Yacht Club.
