**WaterColor** is an unincorporated [master-planned community](/source/Master-planned_community) located in [Walton County](/source/Walton_County,_Florida), [Florida](/source/Florida), United States, between [Grayton Beach](/source/Grayton_Beach,_Florida) and [Seaside](/source/Seaside,_Florida). This 499-acre (202-hectare) Southern resort and residential community was planned by [Cooper, Robertson & Partners](/source/Cooper,_Robertson_%26_Partners) under the direction of The [St. Joe Company](/source/St._Joe_Company).[1][2]
