# Warza

**Warza** (ˈvaʁtsa) is a village and *[Ortschaft](/source/Ortschaft)* of the municipality [Nessetal](/source/Nessetal) in the [district of Gotha](/source/Gotha_(district)), in [Thuringia](/source/Thuringia), [Germany](/source/Germany).[1] Before 1 January 2019, when it was merged into the new municipality Nessetal, it was an independent [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_Germany).[2]
