Professor '''Warren Chan''' is the Dean of the College of Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Prior to that, he was a full professor at the [Institute of Biomedical Engineering](/source/Institute_of_Biomaterials_and_Biomedical_Engineering) and [Terrence Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research](/source/Terrence_Donnelly_Centre_for_Cellular_and_Biomolecular_Research) at the [University of Toronto](/source/University_of_Toronto). He received his B.S. and PhD degree, and post-doctoral training from the [University of Illinois](/source/University_of_Illinois_at_Urbana%E2%80%93Champaign), [Indiana University](/source/Indiana_University_Bloomington), and [University of California, San Diego](/source/University_of_California%2C_San_Diego).
