# Wandre

**Wandre** (wɑ̃dʁ; wa: *Wande*) is a [sub-municipality](/source/Sub-municipality) of the [city](/source/City_status_in_Belgium) of [Liège](/source/Li%C3%A8ge) located in the [province of Liège](/source/Li%C3%A8ge_Province), [Wallonia](/source/Wallonia), [Belgium](/source/Belgium). It was a separate [municipality](/source/Municipalities_of_Belgium) until 1977. On 1 January 1977, it was [merged](/source/Fusion_of_the_Belgian_municipalities) into Liège.[1]
