**WWEQ** was a [Religious](/source/Religious_broadcasting)-formatted [broadcast](/source/Broadcasting) [radio station](/source/Radio_station) licensed to and serving [Pamplin City, Virginia](/source/Pamplin_City%2C_Virginia). WWEQ was owned and operated by [Calvary Chapel](/source/Calvary_Chapel) of Lynchburg.[1]

Calvary Chapel of Lynchburg surrendered WWEQ's license to the [Federal Communications Commission](/source/Federal_Communications_Commission) on July 21, 2016, and the FCC cancelled the license the same day. The church continues to broadcast on [WEQF-FM](/source/WEQF-FM) and [WEQP](/source/WEQP).
