The [population density](/source/Population_density) was 97.6 inhabitants per square mile (37.7/km2). There were 28 housing units at an average density of 50.6 per square mile (19.5/km2). The [racial](/source/Race_and_ethnicity_in_the_United_States_census) makeup of the city was 94.4% [White](/source/White_Americans), 0.0% [Black or African American](/source/African_Americans), 0.0% [Native American](/source/Native_Americans_in_the_United_States), 0.0% [Asian](/source/Asian_Americans), 0.0% [Pacific Islander](/source/Pacific_Islander_Americans), 0.0% from other races and 5.6% from two or more races. [Hispanic or Latino](/source/Hispanic_and_Latino_Americans) persons of any race comprised 3.7% of the population. Of the 28 households, 35.7% of which had children under the age of 18 living with them, 42.9% were [married couples](/source/Marriage) living together, 7.1% were cohabitating couples, 32.1% had a female householder with no spouse or partner present and 17.9% had a male householder with no spouse or partner present. 25.0% of all households were non-families. 25.0% of all households were made up of individuals, 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years old or older. There were 30 housing units at an average density of 52.6 inhabitants per square mile (20.3 /km2). The racial makeup of the city was 90.0% [White](/source/White_(U.S._Census)) and 10.0% [Native American](/source/Native_American_(U.S._Census)). There were 24 households, of which 25.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% were [married couples](/source/Marriage) living together, 12.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.3% were non-families. 29.2% of all households were made up of individuals. The average household size was 2.08 and the average family size was 2.56. The population density was 121.4 inhabitants per square mile (46.9 /km2). There were 36 housing units at an average density of 62.5 inhabitants per square mile (24.1 /km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.57% [White](/source/White_(U.S._Census)) and 1.43% [Asian](/source/Asian_(U.S._Census)). There were 30 households, out of which 16.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were [married couples](/source/Marriage) living together, 6.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.7% were non-families. 20.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.33 and the average family size was 2.73. In the city, the population was spread out, with 14.3% under the age of 18, 10.0% from 18 to 24, 22.9% from 25 to 44, 35.7% from 45 to 64, and 17.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.5 males. The median income for a household in the city was $42,917, and the median income for a family was $43,333. Males had a median income of $29,375 versus $25,625 for females.
